Grand Union Homes contacted WSA to assist with the promotion of particular developments in various markets throughout the Home Counties. The promotion involved an integrated approach including press advertising, leaflet design, leaflet delivery and Open Day activity. WSA was tasked with specific offline geo targeting and demographic targeting for advertising particular properties, thus supporting Grand Union Homes online activity. As leaflet delivery was also considered a component part of the campaign, it was necessary to establish the best way to reach very rural postcode sectors. Press and Royal Mail were optioned and after completing the necessary research, Royal Mail was selected as they were able to offer delivery to a higher percentage of the desirable postcodes. WSA arranged for the design, print and delivery of 60,000 leaflets prior to the Open Day.
