Salary c £35,000 plus bonus and benefits
We have built a highly successful advertising, design and marketing agency and are now looking to take our business to the next level with the assistance of an exceptional professional to lead and deliver on new business opportunities.
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for winning and developing high-value prospective marketing accounts. You will work closely with our Account Management and Projects teams and lead on all business development initiatives for new and existing clients across our service areas of marketing, design, digital, PR and advertising. You will be involved throughout the process of winning and growing new accounts so will need to have a strategic approach with an understanding of using integrated methods to increase our productivity and profitability.
Naturally a confident presenter with an appetite for success you will need to be tenacious, focussed and sales driven with the ability to articulate our service offerings to both current and prospective prospects. Ideally you will have extensive experience of winning new business within an agency environment and a thorough understanding of marketing and advertising methods would be a distinct advantage.
You will work alongside the leadership team to plan our sales strategy and be integral in helping us grow our business.
