With hands-on Directors who lead a team of Account Managers and Administrators, plus in-house creative services, we ensure that all clients are given a personal service.

Jane Hayward, Director
Our advertising guru, Jane, pretty much knows a bit about anything to do with advertising, after all she has worked in the industry for long enough (though she won't say exactly how long!).
As a lover of European travel, given the time (and the money) she would happily tour the world stopping off to sample the culinary delights along the way!
Paula Snowdon, Director
Our saxophone playing Director has artistic flair that sees her creating canvas paintings and renovating furniture in her spare time.
She has been known to transform her entire kitchen over a weekend and likes nothing better than to rub down an old tall boy with a bit of sandpaper!
Julie Hayes, Office Manager
Our very own Queen of Bling. Julie can be seen swinging her Gucci bag around the posh shops followed by a short break at the wine bar to refresh her poor old Jimmy Choos.
Juggling is one of Julie's talents - not the circus type but the paper type! She keeps the advertising department running like clockwork and looks after clients, staff and suppliers so we really couldn't do without her!
Hollie Oakes, Senior Account Manager
Every company has their very own Disco Diva and Hollie is ours! She's also the Christmas Queen and 'Let's Have a Party' organiser.
Having joined us as the baby of the company a few years ago, she has now aged like the rest of us and is 'relishing' the responsibility of leading the business development function.
Austin Walters, Account Manager
In a female dominated company, Austin puts up with the girlie chat on a daily basis and can confidently say that he knows more about the soap stars, benefits of chocolate and the latest shoes on sale than most of his mates!
In his spare time he's working hard to be the next Mark Ronson and can also rustle up a mean Jerk Chicken dish.
Katie Palmer, Account Manager
Katie's our dark horse. Not the noisiest in the office by a long chalk but we've seen her necking the G&Ts at the dog racing so we reckon there's more to come from our newest team member.
Katie does kick boxing so we tend to let her have her own way, just don't tell the clients!
Jo Gordon, Studio Manager
Renamed Jo Bon Jovi; Jo is the biggest JBJ fan on the planet and the poor studio team have to put up with a little bit of 'Livin' on a Prayer' on a regular basis.
Between playing air guitar, Jo also follows F1 and has had a spin around Silverstone a year or so ago, though thankfully drives her yellow devil-mobile more sensibly up the M1 every day.
Kathryn Myers, Designer
Hello Kitty was invented for Kathryn. She resides at the 'pink desk' in the office and adds the girly element to our studio team. Fluffy pens and sparkly stuff is Kathryn's weakness so she's always easy to buy for in the Secret Santa!
Kathryn is a brand new Mum so has the perfect excuse to play with twee little things both at home and in the office, although we're never quite sure who she actually buys the toys for!
Jeremy (Jez) Hancox, Designer
Jenson Button look-a-likey and wannabe, Jeremy is an avid F1 fan and even designed Jenson's Christmas card for the man himself a couple of years ago. The proud owner of various Jenson memorabilia, Jez is Mr Cool with an interesting collection of T-shirts.
James Graham, Designer
Whilst not glued to the new season of House MD, James loves nothing more than spending time with his girlfriend Jo visiting art exhibitions and going on trips away.
James also adores looking after his three cats, Dolly Chops, Laddy and Ted, which on most days he scares off by playing the guitar!
Elaine Carter, Accounts Controller
Elaine looks after the company finances so we hold her in great reverence!
Efficiency is her middle name and she runs the accounts like clockwork. Sensible by day but lets her hair down after dusk, Elaine is game for a laugh especially with a few pints of lager thrown in!
