With hands-on Directors who lead a team of Account Managers and Administrators, plus in-house creative services, we ensure that all clients are given a personal service.

Jane Hayward, Director
As a busy Director, Jane has little time for hobbies although she informs us that she has numerous interests including cooking, travelling, entertaining and shopping - (none of which sound very stressful to us). Always keen to expand her knowledge, she is currently trying to learn Italian and can often be heard talking to herself in a foreign language - we just don't ask what it is she is saying!
Hollie Oakes, Senior Account Manager
Since joining the company in 2006, Hollie has acquired an impressive collection of new business accounts and now leads the sales team in developing our client relationships. Bright, bubbly and always full of good ideas, she brings her own individual style of enthusiasm to any meeting and definitely brightens up our company nights out!
She lists her loves in life as her chocolate Labrador Frankie, Christmas and holidays in the sun.
Austin Walters, Operations Manager
As one of only three men in the company, Austin has to put up with a lot of girlie chat - although we've noticed lately that his desk is now next to the studio where his fellow 'dudes' reside. Music lover, food lover, sports lover, book lover and general fun lover, it's surprising that he has time to come to work really, though we're glad he does as his witty repartee keeps us smiling all week!
Katie Palmer, Account Manager
Joining us in 2009, Katie's ability to multi-task is impressive to say the least. She is uber-organised and her clients enjoy true professionalism whatever project she is working on. Unflappable and calm under pressure, Katie can work under the tightest of deadlines helping to keep the account management department an oasis of calm.
Katie also does kick boxing so we wouldn't argue with her anyway!
Jo Gordon, Studio Manager
Renamed Jo Bon Jovi; Jo is the biggest JBJ fan on the planet and the poor studio team have to put up with a little bit of 'Livin' on a Prayer' on a regular basis.
Between playing air guitar, Jo also follows F1 and has had a spin around Silverstone a year or so ago, though thankfully drives her yellow devil-mobile more sensibly up the M1 every day.
Kathryn Myers, Designer
Hello Kitty was invented for Kathryn. She resides at the 'pink desk' in the office and adds the girly element to our studio team. Fluffy pens and sparkly stuff is Kathryn's weakness so she's always easy to buy for in the Secret Santa!
Kathryn is a brand new Mum so has the perfect excuse to play with twee little things both at home and in the office, although we're never quite sure who she actually buys the toys for!
Jeremy (Jez) Hancox, Designer
Jenson Button look-a-likey and wannabe, Jeremy is an avid F1 fan and even designed Jenson's Christmas card for the man himself a couple of years ago. The proud owner of various Jenson memorabilia, Jez is Mr Cool with an interesting collection of T-shirts.
Elaine Carter, Accounts Controller
Elaine looks after the company finances so we hold her in great reverence!
Efficiency is her middle name and she runs the accounts like clockwork. Sensible by day but lets her hair down after dusk, Elaine is game for a laugh especially with a few pints of lager thrown in!
Sue Harding, Head of Textbook Creative
If you work in Milton Keynes then you will probably know, or at least have heard of Sue. She has worked at a senior level in regional media for more years than she likes to admit and is now extending her business skills across into the educational sector by leading our educational division, Textbook Creative.
Sue admits she always has a bag packed in case of a last minute holiday and is lucky enough to be able to hop across the sea to her other home in Portugal!
Adam Turner, Designer
Adam joined us as a Junior Designer back in 2007 then left to pursue his love of Snowboarding and outdoor pursuits but the lure of the Apple Mac was too great and we are delighted that he has returned to take up a role as Designer again.
Adam is a laid back kind of chap but with awards for competing in Tae Kwon Do competitions, we wouldn't disagree with him any way!
